Update: Changed to five stars. Matthew gave me a call and did some research for me, I just have to call a different number. Thank you for the quick call and all of the information. Old Post: While we love our home, I can't help but leave a one star review due to us being disappointed. Whenever we p...urchased the home, we were informed, by Chantel, that we were getting an extended warranty. We were interested in going to other places to go look at other homes, but the extended warranty that she promised us was the big decision maker for us. Fast forward to now, we called and let them know that we would like some things fixed and we were informed that our one year warranty ran out. When we let the woman know that Chantel told us that we had an extended warranty, she seemed shocked and told us that she would call us back. A few days later, we're still waiting on call. Show more
